Agents Customer Rights

Dear customer,

 

If you have used our services and as a result have a complaint against the Company, you can fill out the application-complaint and provide it to the Company's head office (Hr. Kochar 35/1, Armenia, Yerevan, 0033), or send it to the e-mail address: info@ efes.am: The company provides a final written response to the customer's complaint within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of receiving the complaint, under the valid conditions specified in the application.

According to Article 84, Part 4 of the RA Law "On Insurance and Insurance Activities", any person has the right to receive the following information from "EFES" JSC:

1. Copies of the company's state registration certificate, license and charter.
2. A copy of the external audit report on the company's financial statements (at least the latest annual and quarterly) and reports.
3. Information about the offered insurance services by types, classes and subclasses of insurance, including insurance conditions and proposed insurance tariff rates.


In order to receive the specified information, must be provided a written application. The company will provide copies of the requested documents within 5 working days.
