The insurance is valid in the territory of the Republic of Armenia. The contract is valid for a period of 1 year.

The maximum compensation limit is AMD 1,000,000.
Expenses of veterinary care, euthanasia are insured, occurred from:

  • Accident,

  • Tick bite,

  • Theft,

  • Robbery,

  • Swallowing foreign bodies,

  • Attacks from other animals,

  • Fire.

COMPENSATED VETERINARY EXPENSES

  • Surgeries,

  • Prescribed medical services,

  • Diagnostic tests,

  • Medications,

  • Bandaging costs,

  • Ambulance.

PACKAGES AND PREMIUM, AMD

Health check-up is provided once during the contract and the scope includes:

  • Physical examination,

  • Examination of the heart and lungs,

  • Examination of lymph nodes,

  • General blood test,

  • General examination of urine and feces, if prescribed by the veterinarian.
     

THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR THE CONTRACT ARE:​

 

  • Passport of the Insured,

  • Contact information of the Insured,

  • Passport of the insured animal,

  • Identification chip number of the insured animal, (in the absence of chip, you can select the appropriate additional service and we will arrange the procedure for you)

  • Video/photo of the insured animal.
