Intelligent Management Group Announces the Launch of the Vardanants-Kirk Kerkorian Medical Center Project

Intelligent Management Group announces the launch of the new infrastructure project – Vardanants-Kirk Kerkorian Medical Center initiative. This ambulatory and inpatient care branch will serve as a flagship unit for the Vardanants Center for Innovative Medicine, as it is the first multidisciplinary medical institution in the district, located near Kirk Kerkorian (formerly Leningradyan) and Monte Melkonyan streets. For Intelligent Management, this strategic step aims to establish its presence in one of Yerevan's fast-developing districts.

Vardanants-Kirk Kerkorian Medical Center will combine modern diagnostics, minimally invasive surgery, day surgery facilities, and highly efficient ambulatory care services into a single institution. It will feature modern diagnostic equipment that has AI integration modules, as well as day surgery treatment services and an inpatient care department with 20 beds. Three operating rooms will provide a wide range of surgical procedures, including ophthalmologic and gynecological interventions. It is expected that the branch will be opened in 2027.

“This initiative marks a new phase in the development of the Vardanants Center for Innovative Medicine and is set to meet the growing demand for Vardanants’ preventive, ambulatory, and inpatient medical care. At the same time, being located in one of the fastest-growing districts of Yerevan, the medical center will ensure greater accessibility to a larger number of patients,” highlighted Levon Altunyan, Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Vardanants Center for Innovative Medicine.

It is worth noting that this medical center will be the 5th branch of Vardanants Center for Innovative Medicine (est. in 2005) in Armenia. Respectively, Vardanants-Kochar and Vardanants-Nansen branches fully launched their operations in 2025, specializing in medical diagnostics and inpatient care services.
