The Insured person is diagnosed with a covered illness.
The Insured person contacts EFES to arrange treatment and submits the required documents.
The documents are reviewed by EFES and its international partners.
Once the claim is approved, the country and hospital for treatment are selected.
Together, we arrange the trip to the selected country, including the visa, flights, accommodation, and other travel details.
We arrange the entire treatment process, including the return journey home.
