Customer Rights
Dear Customer,
If you have used our services and have a complaint about the company, you can fill out a complaint form and submit it to the Company’s headquarters at 11 Zarobyan St., Yerevan 0009 (entrance from Baghramyan 20), or send it to the email address info@efes.am. The company will provide a final written response to your complaint within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the complaint, under the valid terms specified in your request.
In accordance with Article 84, Part 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on "Insurance and Insurance Activities," any person has the right to receive the following information from EFES ICJSC:

A copy of the company’s state registration certificate, license, and charter.

A copy of the company’s financial statements (at least the last annual and quarterly reports) and the external audit conclusion regarding the reports.

Information about the proposed insurance services, by types, classes, and subclasses of insurance, including the insurance terms and proposed insurance rates.
To obtain this information, a written request must be submitted.
The company will provide the requested document copies within 5 working days.
